our short stay at Loews was amazing. the staff at the hotel were wonderful. they helped us with flight issues due to bad weather and cancellations and we actually made it to our destination early. the rooms were decent sizes for 3 of us and had amazing city views. the on-site bar is amazing as well.

I chose Loews for its proximity to the Philadelphia Museum of Art and was pleasantly surprised by the Encore Presentation Services. The meal at Bank & Bourbon was fabulous, offering a modern twist on traditional American fare.
Delayed missed a night, no discount offered.

Great location near Reading Terminal Market and City Hall. Beautiful interior, 2-lane heated swimming pool, and easy access to major attractions. Reliable airport transportation and friendly staff.
Felt cozy and had no complaints.
